Grandoe® Exchange and Refund Policy

At Grandoe®, we'll do everything we can to make sure our customers are satisfied with the merchandise they receive. That's why we stand behind every product we sell. If you are not happy with your newly purchased product you can return it within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or credit towards any other purchase, or request a refund. All we ask is that the product be in new condition with all of its original tags attached and that you clearly mark the outside of your shipping box with a return authorization number issued by us.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless we incorrectly shipped you the wrong product or the product was determined to have a manufacturing defect. If in error you received product you didn't order or if you received product with a manufacturing defect we will reship the replacement product and pay the cost of shipping it to you. However, the initial shipping cost is your responsibility.

Any product being returned must have a return authorization (RA) number assigned to it or it will be refused, so please email us with your name, address, phone number, date purchased, and reason for request of return authorization to obtain a return authorization number. Then, be sure to write your RA # on the outside of the box. For your own protection, we suggest you ship to us by UPS to ensure proof of delivery. Please note: WE CAN NOT TAKE BACK OR CREDIT ANY PRODUCT THAT HAS BEEN WORN, USED, OR ABUSED IN ANY WAY.
